TRANSFER OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING DWELLINGS. 4.1 Transfer of land The Landowner must, at its cost, take all steps required to transfer the Affordable Housing Dwellings to the Community Housing Provider, consistent with the Community Housing Provider Agreement, and at no cost to the Community Housing Provider, by the due date specified in clause 1 of Schedule 3.
