Transfer from Other Accounts. I understand and agree that you have the right, but you are not required, to transfer available funds from any of my accounts with you (excluding IRA accounts), including account(s) upon which I am a joint owner, to cover an overdraft and to pay applicable fees. I agree that overdrafts paid by a transfer from any of my accounts with you in excess of funds available in such accounts are payable on demand, and, if not promptly paid, may result in the closure of my account(s). Items that are returned unpaid because of insufficient available funds will be subject to an Insufficient Funds Charge.

As such, a single item may be subject to multiple Insufficient Funds Charges.

  • Transfers From Other Plans We can receive amounts transferred to this Xxxx XXX from the trustee or custodian of another Xxxx XXX as permitted by the Code. In addition, we can accept rollovers of eligible rollover distributions from employer-sponsored retirement plans as permitted by the Code. We reserve the right not to accept any transfer.

  • Other Accounts On the date of withdrawal of any Deposit, the Escrow Agent, or the Pass Through Trustee on behalf of the Escrow Agent, shall be entitled to re-deposit with the Depositary any portion thereof and the Depositary shall accept the same for deposit hereunder. The Depositary shall promptly give notice to the Escrow Agent of the account number assigned to any such re-deposit.

  • Permitted Withdrawals and Transfers from the Master Servicer Collection Account (a) The Master Servicer will, from time to time on demand of the Master Servicer, the Trustee or the Securities Administrator, make or cause to be made such withdrawals or transfers from the Master Servicer Collection Account as the Master Servicer has designated for such transfer or withdrawal pursuant to the Servicing Agreements.
