Transfer and Ownership of Subscription Receipts. (a) Subject to Sections 2.12(d), 2.13 and 2.14, there are no restrictions on the transfer of the Subscription Receipts. However, the Subscription Receipts may only be transferred on the register kept by the Subscription Receipt Agent at the Designated Office or branch registers of transfers by the holder or his legal representatives or attorney duly appointed by an instrument in writing. Transfer and Ownership of Subscription Receipts. (a) The Receipt Agent shall keep at its Designated Office a register: (i) in which shall be entered the names and addresses of Receiptholders and particulars of the Subscription Receipts held by them; and (ii) in which all transfers of Subscription Receipts and the date and other particulars of each transfer shall be entered. This register shall at all reasonable times be open for inspection by the Receiptholders.
