Common use of Transfer Agency Records Clause in Contracts

Transfer Agency Records. GFS shall maintain the following shareholder account information: ● name, address and United States Tax Identification or Social Security number; ● number of Shares held and number of Shares for which certificates, if any, have been issued, including certificate numbers and denominations; ● historical information regarding the account of each shareholder, including dividends and distributions paid and the date and price for all transactions on a shareholder’s account; ● any stop or restraining order placed against a shareholder’s account; ● any correspondence relating to the current maintenance of a shareholder’s account; ● information with respect to withholdings; and ● any information required in order for GFS to perform any calculations by this Agreement. All out‐of‐pocket expenses will be billed as set forth on Appendix III. GFS may from time to time adopt new procedures, or modify existing procedures, in order to carry out its Transfer Agency Services. Any modification of the Transfer Agency Services provided by GFS as set forth in this Appendix II must be mutually agreed to, in writing, by both GFS and the Fund Family, Trust or a Fund. Set forth below are the Services elected by the Fund(s) identified on this Appendix III (the “Funds”) along with the associated Fees. Capitalized terms used herein that are not otherwise defined shall have meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.

Set forth below are the Services elected by the Fund(s) identified on this Appendix III (the “Funds”) Fund along with the associated Fees.
