Transcript Evaluation Services. ISD 196 may, at its discretion, request that transcripts from institutions in foreign countries be evaluated by a transcript evaluation service. The coursework and the evaluation service are subject to ISD 196’s approval. All costs for this evaluation will be paid by the teacher.
