Transcript Costs. In the event one of the parties to the arbitration wants a transcript of the arbitration proceedings, the party requesting the transcript shall pay the cost of such transcript.
Transcript Costs. If either party requests a transcript of the proceedings, that party shall bear full cost for that transcript. If both parties order a transcript, the cost of the two transcripts shall be divided equally between the Board and the Association.
