Training Staff Clause Samples

The "Training Staff" clause outlines the obligations of one or both parties to provide training to personnel involved in the performance of the contract. Typically, this clause specifies the scope, timing, and standards for training, such as requiring the supplier to train the client's employees on new systems or procedures, or mandating ongoing education to maintain compliance with regulations. Its core practical function is to ensure that staff are adequately prepared to fulfill their roles effectively, thereby reducing errors, improving efficiency, and supporting successful implementation of the contract's objectives.
Training Staff. The Course Provider shall ensure that its training staff possesses the necessary and adequate educational and training qualifications, skills, ability and experience to conduct the Course diligently and in a professional manner. The Course Provider shall provide IMDA with all relevant particulars, educational and/or professional qualifications and experience of each of its trainers at the time of submission of the Application.
Training Staff. Upon the development of a written training program establishing standards and timelines, staff assigned as Training Staff shall receive an additional one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) per month. This additional amount shall be paid only during the three (3) months the employee serves as a Trainer. The City shall pro rate pay for partial months served.
Training Staff. 5.1.2.1 The SCT shall maintain the proficiency of the training staff. 5.1.2.2 The training staff shall perform the following functions: 1. Assist supervisors in identifying training requirements, objectives, and sources of training. 2. Schedule and coordinate training activities and provide an interface with PM Cml Demil for training matters. The SCT shall prepare an annual training schedule and monthly training schedules for all training activities. The SCT shall integrate this effort with the NAS (see paragraph 5.16. 3. Conduct classroom and hands-on instruction for all demilitarization facility site training offered by the SCT. 4. Continuously evaluate training effectiveness, identifying deficiencies and new requirements. 5. Maintain personnel training records. 6. Develop in-house training where appropriate to meet training needs. 7. Prepare for classes. 8. Prepare Trainee and Training Course Evaluations 9. Assist in Equipment Maintenance (see paragraph 5.3)
Training Staff. Unit members who agree to provide individualized training in the specific skills require to Perform the functions of their classification, shall receive time-an-a-half pay for all hours Engaged in such training. Eligibility for such additional compensation shall be subject to prior approval of the unit member’s immediate supervisor.
Training Staff. A) Harassment/bullying – The District will provide annual training to all ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ K-8 School (School) staff on racial harassment/bullying (hereinafter, “racial harassment”).1 The training will address: District procedures regarding reporting, documenting, and investigating racial harassment; how to identify racial harassment; and how to proactively discourage racial harassment in educational environments. The training will also describe and give examples of retaliation and will reiterate the District’s policy that prohibits retaliation. This training will be culturally sensitive.

  • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees. Faculty assignments to the clerical person shall be given priority over non- faculty assignments. Any conflicts shall be reported to the Chief Academic Officer or to an academic officer of the College who holds the rank of Campus Director or higher. Employees will be notified of the identity of this person and the clerical person will be notified.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.
