Common use of Training Sessions Clause in Contracts

Training Sessions. The County agrees to conduct those regularly scheduled range training sessions, and related training that can be accommodated during such sessions, during the normal working hours of those required to attend. The Sheriff-Coroner retains the right to schedule any training class, including range training, outside the employee’s normal working hours and all such training shall be at the discretion of the Sheriff-Coroner.
