Release Time for Training Sessions. Employees shall be granted release time for all training sessions they attend administered by the Employer or the Legal Services Corporation. Any employee (legal worker or attorney) who attends a training session, the subject matter of which is directly related to their current duties, which requires attendance at other than work hours, shall be granted release time equal to the number of hours spent.
