Common use of Training Sessions Clause in Contracts

Training Sessions. Consultant will provide the training services on various issues including but not limited to the following: a) clinical observation and monitoring of cases; b) instruction regarding a particular technique; c) didactic presentations, interactions with lab staff, and question-answer sessions; and/or d) classes, workshops or lectures regarding the safe, effective and appropriate use of products; e) pre-recorded cases; f) products may be used to demonstrate on bench-top models; g) Presentation of a lecture in a symposium.
