Common use of Training Requests Clause in Contracts

Training Requests. All requests for training, outside the Learning Management System (LMS), will be approved, disapproved, or forwarded by the immediate supervisor within fifteen (15) calendar days of the submission of the properly completed request. Upon request, the agency will provide a status update within forty-five (45) days. If a request is denied, the Employer will provide a reason for the denial to the employee.
