Training of SERVICE PROVIDER. NBS shall train or arrange training for the SERVICE PROVIDER and other staff members of the SERVICE PROVIDER on the NEOSTEM Stem Cell Services and SOPs. NEOSTEM will train the SERVICE PROVIDER at NEOSTEM’s option at a NEOSTEM facility or other location located in China or the United States. The cost of training the SERVICE PROVIDER shall be borne by NEOSTEM. All other expenses relating to the training, including salary, wages and benefits, meals, lodging, travel and similar expenses shall be borne by the SERVICE PROVIDER.
