– Training During Work Time Clause Samples

The "Training During Work Time" clause establishes that employees are permitted or required to attend training sessions during their regular working hours. Typically, this means that any training mandated by the employer will be scheduled so that it does not require employees to work outside their normal shifts, and the time spent in training is counted as paid work time. This clause ensures that employees are not disadvantaged or required to use personal time for professional development, promoting fairness and compliance with labor regulations regarding compensation for work-related activities.
