Common use of Training Days Clause in Contracts

Training Days. All members working a compressed work week will make available to the Police Service four (4) of their scheduled weekly leave days, at straight-time rates, for the purposes of training. Under normal circumstances not more than one such day will be scheduled in any one calendar month. Each such eight (8) hour day will be scheduled by the Police Service a minimum of two (2) months in advance.
