Common use of Training content Clause in Contracts

Training content. Client acknowledges that the Platform is being maintained and periodically updated by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Therefore, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall use reasonable care to make sure that the contents of a Training are mostly in line with the latest version of the Platform. However, the contents of a Training may not be fully in alignment with the latest version of the Platform. Unless otherwise agreed upon, any (exam) certifications given out by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ remain valid for one year.
