Ongoing professional training. Subject to validation by the employer, the employee shall benefit from ongoing professional training courses during his career to adapt his skills to the changing needs of the business and to maintain his level of employability. Under this agreement, two main kinds of in-service professional training are defined: A. Retraining and B. Advanced training.
