Training Consultants & Content Experts. When necessary in consultation with the CFS training coordinator, the contractor will recruit and contract with content and training experts in the field to present training on topics or areas identified by CFS and the contractor. The contractor will pay consultants for presentation and curriculum development fees and will pay travel and per diem costs related to the training.
