Traffic The provisions in this Section apply regardless how the ISP-bound traffic is determined.
Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.
Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

The association hereby reaffirms that it will not engage in any strike, or cause, instigate, encourage, assist or condone any strike. The district recognizes the right of these unit members to organize and to bargain collectively through the association on such matters as salaries, hours and other terms and conditions of employment. The agreement is made and entered into on the 23rd day of June, 2015, by and between the Superintendent of Schools, SPENCERPORT CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, Spencerport, New York, hereinafter referred to as the "district," and the unit members of this unit of aforementioned school district, represented by the SPENCERPORT PARAPROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION, hereinafter referred to as the "association." RECOGNITION Pursuant to the New York State Public Employees Fair Employment Act, the Board of Education of Spencerport Central School District has recognized the Spencerport Paraprofessional Association, hereinafter referred to as "association," as the exclusive negotiating representative for all Accompanists, Bus Attendants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Microcomputer Maintenance Technicians, School Aides and Teacher Aides employed by said district. ELIGIBILITY FOR BENEFITS All unit members employed by the District on June 30, 2000, while serving in a 27.5 (or more) hours per week position, will be considered as “full time” and will receive all of the benefits of unit members working 30 or more hours per week as detailed in Articles 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12 of this agreement. All unit members hired after June 30, 2000 are eligible for all of the benefits as detailed in Articles 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12 of this agreement and considered “full time” when serving in a 30 (or more) hours per week position. Green Economy/Carbon Footprint a) The Supplier/Service Provider has in its bid provided Transnet with an understanding of the Supplier’s/Service Provider’s position with regard to issues such as waste disposal, recycling and energy conservation.

Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment.
The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.
Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.
