Vehicle Return. At the end of the lease the vehicle may be returned to the care of Lessor. Lessee shall pay any applicable end-of-lease costs.
Vehicle Return. 7.1 You will remain liable for any loss of or damage to the Vehicle from the time at which the Vehicle is On Leased to you on the Start Date until the Vehicle is Off Leased and are obliged to comply with the terms of this Agreement until the procedure for Off Leasing the Vehicle (as set out in this Clause 7) has been completed.

Vehicle Return. You must return the Vehicle in the same condition as received on the date due at the location specified and at the time indicated on Page A of this Contract. If You fail to return the Vehicle on the date due on Page A of this Contract, a warrant may be issued for Your arrest for unlawfully having the Vehicle and this will be done in accordance with applicable laws. Lessor reserves the right to repossess the Vehicle at any time without demand, at Your expense if, in Lessor's sole judgment, the Vehicle appears to have been or is used in violation of the Contract or is illegally parked, or is used in violation of law, or is apparently abandoned. Any right to any hearing or to receive any notice or legal process is waived, as a precondition for Lessor recovering the Vehicle. You are responsible for reporting at Vehicle return and payment of ALL parking and traffic violations while the Vehicle was under Contract to You. You are responsible for reporting Vehicle problems and submission of any and all claims for reimbursement including, but not limited to, reimbursement of maintenance expenses as a result of Vehicle breakdown. All reimbursement claims must be supported by paid receipts and replaced parts where applicable.
Vehicle Return. 5.11 Guest shall return the Vehicle to the Return Location during the Return Window on the Return Date.
Vehicle Return. Unless you choose to purchase the Vehicle, you agree that upon Lease termination, either early or scheduled, you must return the Vehicle to the place we will specify. You also agree following vehicle return to pay your termination liability as figured in paragraph 16 or 17, whichever is applicable. If you do not return the Vehicle to us at scheduled termination as required, you will pay us an additional monthly payment for each month or portion of a month you keep the Vehicle. You also realize that you are not entitled to keep the Vehicle after the end of the Lease Term and that any retention of the Vehicle beyond the end of the Lease Term without our consent is a default under the Lease.
Vehicle Return. Cost of returning the Insured Person’s vehicle, either private or rental, to the Insured Person’s Residence or nearest appropriate vehicle rental agency when the Insured Person is unable to due to Illness or Injury, subject to the maximum stated in the Schedule. If, as a result of a covered emergency, you are unable to return your vehicle or your rented vehicle to its point of origin, and your travelling companion is unable to do so for you, this Policy covers the reasonable costs up to the maximum benefit of $3,000 to return the vehicle to your residence in Canada or to the rental agency. (This benefit is payable only when pre-approved and arranged by the assistance company)
Vehicle Return. 6.1 Member shall return the Vehicle and the key at the agreed time to the designated place, and in the same condition it was taken (fair wear and tear excepted). Car Club reserves the right to impose any early or late return fees or charges as Car Club may at its discretion decide if the Vehicle is returned earlier or later than the agreed time.
