Common use of Trade Secrets and Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Trade Secrets and Confidentiality. The request for proposals section titled “Trade Secrets and Confidentiality” shall apply to any Trade Secrets disclosed to the City during the process leading to the parties’ entering into this Agreement, except as prohibited by North Carolina law. This section shall remain in force despite termination of this Agreement (whether by expiration of the term or otherwise) and termination of the services of the University under this Agreement. The word “Proposer” used in that section shall mean the “University.”
