Common use of Trade Mark Restriction Clause in Contracts

Trade Mark Restriction. not to use the name/xxxx Xxxxxx in any form or manner, in any medium (real or virtual), for any purpose or reason whatsoever save and except for the purpose of address of the Said Apartment and if the Allottee does so, the Allottee shall be liable to pay damages to the Promoter and shall further be liable for prosecution for use of the mark Siddha.
