No Nuisance and Disturbance. Not to use the said Apartment or the Common Areas or the parking space, if any, or permit the same to be used in such manner or commit any act, which may in any manner cause nuisance or annoyance to other occupants of the Building and/or the neighboring properties and not make or permit to be made any disturbance or do or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of others.
No Nuisance and Disturbance not use the Said Unit or the Parking Space, if any or permit the same to be used in such manner or commit any act, which may in any manner cause nuisance or annoyance to other occupants of the Said Block and/or the neighboring properties and not make or permit to be made any disturbance or do or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other occupants.
No Nuisance and Disturbance not use the Said Flat or the Common Areas or the Said Parking Space, if any, or permit the same to be used in such manner or commit any act, which may in any manner cause nuisance or annoyance to other occupants of the Said Tower/Building and/or the neighbouring properties and not make or permit to be made any disturbance or do or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other persons.
No Nuisance and Disturbance not use the Said Bungalow or the Common Areas or permit the same to be used in such manner or commit any act, which may in any manner cause nuisance or annoyance to other occupants of the Project/Said Block and/or the neighbouring properties and not make or permit to be made any disturbance or do or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other persons.
No Nuisance and Disturbance not use the Said Flat/Flat/Unit or the Common Areas or the Said Parking Space, if any, or permit the same to be used in such manner or commit any act, which may in any manner cause nuisance or annoyance to other occupants of the Project/Said complex and/or the neighbouring properties and not make or permit to be made any disturbance or do or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other persons.
No Nuisance and Disturbance. Not use the Said Property or permit the same to be used in such manner or commit any act, which may in any manner cause nuisance or annoyance to other occupants of the Said building complex and/or the neighboring properties and not make or permit to be made any disturbance or do or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other occupants.
No Nuisance and Disturbance not use the Said Apartment or the Common Areas or the Said Parking Space, if any, or permit the same to be used in such manner or commit any act, which may in any manner cause nuisance or annoyance to other occupants of the Said Tower/Building and/or the neighbouring properties and not make or permit to be made any disturbance or do or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other persons. (l) No Storage: not store or cause to be stored and not place or cause to be placed any goods, articles or things in the Common Areas. (m)

Not to use the said Unit or the Common Areas or the Garage space, if any, or permit the same to be used in such manner or commit any act, which may in any manner cause nuisance or annoyance to the Promoteror other occupants of the Building and/or the neighboring properties and not make or permit to be made any disturbance or do or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of others. Not generally do any such things that may disturb peace, harmony, beauty, decency or aesthetic quality of the surroundings of the Building and the Project.
