No permission, expressed or implied, is granted to exhibit or display any banner, pennant, sign and trade or seasonal decoration of any size, style or material within the Project, outside the Leased Premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant may place advertising medium on walls and Tenant’s exterior windows in accordance with Article 36 of the Lease. 6. Tenant will not permit or suffer the use of any advertising medium that can be heard or experienced outside of the Leased Premises, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, flashing lights, searchlights, loud speakers, phonographs, radios, or television. No radio, television, or other communication antenna equipment or device is to be mounted, attached, or secured to any part of the roof, exterior surface, or anywhere outside the Leased Premises, unless Landlord has previously given it’s written consent.
