Common use of Tour Clause in Contracts

Tour. For purposes of this side letter agreement, a TOUR (Tour) shall be defined as any series of services of MTAD that occur for future productions of the work in one or more cities outside of Los Angeles during the project period. The time period length of a Tour shall be defined as the Company departure from the Point of Departure through final return to the Point of Departure. Should the project be presented in Los Angeles, Employer and AGMA will meet to discuss and agree to terms.
