Total Permanent Disability Compensation. When an employee suffers total and permanent disability arising out of and in the course of the employee's employment as a Police Officer, custodial guard or nurse, the employee shall receive a Disability Benefit to be agreed to by the parties, or if not so agreed, to be determined by Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, the Chairman of the 1976 Vancouver Police Wages Review Board.
