Top of Band Bonus. (a) An employee who is already at the top increment of the designation in which they are employed; and who is assessed as successfully completing the requirements under sub-clause 46.3 (Part A) and sub-clause 46.4 (Part B) shall be entitled to a top of band bonus as follows:
