TMA. TMA’s shall be on the TMA wage scale. Current NAR’s who bid on a TMA position, shall be placed on the same step on the TMA scale with a minimum of a dollar ($1.00) differentia. NAR’s who work as TMA’s will receive a dollar ($1.00) per hour differential for all hours worked as a TMA.
TMA. The Company is not liable to be assessed to Tax out of time on the grounds of fraudulent or negligent conduct within the meaning of s.36
