Timing of Conveyances. The conveyances detailed in Paragraph 2 above shall be made when construction of the Raw Water Reservoir project has been completed and when all necessary legal descriptions have been prepared. Said legal descriptions shall be prepared by the JPWB at the JPWB’s expense and shall be submitted to the City for its review prior to inclusion of any of the legal descriptions in the instruments of conveyance.

Timing of Conveyances. Conveyances shall be made commencing 90 days after approval of the Restoration Work Plans and 60 days from the date Metroparks notifies the City in writing that all conditions precedent to its plans to proceed with the Manhattan Xxxxx Restoration Project have been satisfied, including, but not limited to, securing necessary governmental approvals to proceed with the Manhattan Xxxxx Restoration. All conveyances shall be completed within one year following approval of the Restoration Work Plan.
