Timeline Changes. The parties may mutually agree in writing to change or delay timelines 2 in this Article. Any extension of timelines must be in writing and signed by both the grievant and the 3 District representative. The failure of the grievant to follow the timelines for filing a grievance and 4 advancing it to the next level is jurisdictional and shall constitute a waiver of the right to proceed with the 5 grievance.
