Time Worked. For the duration of the agreement, the number of hours worked and the scheduling of those hours shall be: Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the board and the bus driver may agree to change the number of hours worked and the schedule, provided, however, that the number of hours worked is not less than fourteen (14) hours per week.
