Time-rate Translators. If the time-rate employee must remain available during his or her free time at the request of the employer, the employee shall, in addition to the monthly salary, receive an hourly remuneration that is calculated from the monthly salary with the divisor 157. If work starts, the standby time ends and the employee shall be paid for overtime according to hours worked.
