Time Off Scheduling a. Scheduling of vacations for the vacation year shall be in seniority order within the vacation group and should be granted to the extent practicable consistent with force requirements and the needs of the business.

Time Off Scheduling. (a) Guaranteed days off cannot be scheduled during the preparation for or taking of inventory.

Time Off Scheduling. 25.01 (a) Total Time Off Within a department in a reporting station, the Company has the right to impose a cap of thirty-five percent (35%) of the total number of employees that can be absent on all forms of scheduled time off work. Until there are more than eight (8) employees, the work force shall be considered as one (1) department for the purposes of this Article. The total time off cap will be twenty-five percent (25%) during the last two (2) weeks of each quarter end of the company’s fiscal year (currently last two weeks of February, May, August and November).
