Time Limit on Certain Defenses. After two years from the date of issue of this policy, no misstatements, except fraudulent misstatements, made by the applicant in the application for such policy shall be used to void the policy or to deny a claim for loss incurred, after the expiration of such two year period.

After two years from the policy or Effective Date of the coverage with respect to any claim which is made, no misstatement of a Covered Person, except a fraudulent misstatement contained in a written instrument signed by a Covered Person, shall be used to deny a claim for loss incurred, incurred commencing after the expiration of such two year periodyears.
