Advertising Contracts Section 2(s) of the Disclosure Schedule lists all arrangements for the sale of air time or advertising on the Stations in excess of $1000, and the amount to be paid to the Seller therefor. The Seller has no reason to believe and has not received a notice or indication of the intention of any of the advertisers or third parties to material contracts of the Seller to cease doing business or to reduce in any material respect the business transacted with the Seller or to terminate or modify any agreements with the Seller (whether as a result of consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise).
Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.

Programming Seller shall not make any material changes in the broadcast hours or in the percentages of types of programming broadcast by the Station, or make any other material change in the Station's programming policies, except such changes as in the good faith judgment of the Seller are required by the public interest.
Hardware “Hardware” means the hardware and other furniture, fixtures and equipment owned or leased and then currently being used by PROVIDER exclusively to perform the Services under any MOA or PSA or to support such performance. Lighting Landlord will furnish both Building Standard and non-Building Standard lamps, bulbs, ballasts and starters that are part of the Leasehold Improvements for purchase by Tenant at Landlord's cost, plus Landlord's standard administration fee. DTC DIRECT REGISTRATION SYSTEM AND PROFILE MODIFICATION SYSTEM (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2.4 of the Deposit Agreement, the parties acknowledge that DTC’s Direct Registration System (“DRS”) and Profile Modification System (“Profile”) apply to the American Depositary Shares upon acceptance thereof to DRS by DTC. DRS is the system administered by DTC that facilitates interchange between registered holding of uncertificated securities and holding of security entitlements in those securities through DTC and a DTC participant. Profile is a required feature of DRS that allows a DTC participant, claiming to act on behalf of an Owner of American Depositary Shares, to direct the Depositary to register a transfer of those American Depositary Shares to DTC or its nominee and to deliver those American Depositary Shares to the DTC account of that DTC participant without receipt by the Depositary of prior authorization from the Owner to register that transfer.
