Grant Completion Deadline The grant completion deadline is the end date of this Agreement set forth in Section 2 above. The Grant Completion Deadline is the date when all grant and matching funds have been paid out or incurred in accordance with the work described in the Scope of Work, detailed in the Estimated Project Budget. If the Grantee finds it necessary to request an extension of the Grant Completion Deadline, an Amendment to the Agreement must be executed as per Section 7, and the stipulations in Section 15 must be met.
COMMENCEMENT/EXPIRATION DATE This instrument is executed as of the date of last signature and is effective for five years from that date, at which time it will expire unless extended.
Four Day Work Week 26 1. If a holiday falls on an employee's first or second scheduled day 27 off, the preceding work day will be observed as that employee's holiday, or the 28 employee may choose to bank the holiday leave hours.
Deadline Date The parties agree to enter into collective negotiation over a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974 in good-faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of employee’s employment. Such negotiations shall begin not later than October 15 of the year preceding the year in which this Agreement expires. Any Agreement so negotiated shall apply to all employees, subject to ratification by the Association, be reduced to writing, be signed by the Board and the Association and be adopted by the Board.
Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.
Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).
Successful Completion The percent of all Individuals receiving A&D 81 Services who successfully complete treatment must be at least [35%] (unadjusted rate). Successful completion of problem gambling treatment is defined as Individuals who have: (a) achieved at least [75%] of short-term treatment goals; (b) completed a continued wellness plan (i.e., relapse prevention plan); and (c) lack of engagement in problem gambling behaviors for at least [30] consecutive days prior to successful completion of A&D 81 Services.
Deadline On-time submission requires that electronic applications be error-free and made available to SAMHSA for processing from the NIH eRA system on or before the application due date and time. Extended Work Day Teachers who, during the 196-day work year, are employed for 36 instruction at the District office or a school beyond the defined teacher work day, will be paid 37 according to their current base rate of pay, exclusive of any supplements paid. 39 (3) Professional Development
Service Commencement Date The date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Section 15.3 or Section 29.1 under the Tariff.
