Common use of Third Party Functionality Clause in Contracts

Third Party Functionality. Recipient will present all requests to ------------------------- Service Provider. If the technology requires integration into the CIS Service (i.e., client or host integration), then such request must be approved by Service Provider. If the technology does not require such integration, then Recipient will consult with Service Provider, and Service Provider will have the right to reject any requests, in its reasonable discretion, if such request will have an adverse impact on the CIS Service.
