Third Party Functionality. Recipient will present all requests to AOL. If the technology requires integration into the AOL Service (i.e., client or host integration), then such request must be approved by AOL. If an attack occurs, a third party may be used to identify and block malicious online traffic. Information about website traffic and the targeted website may be accessed by the third party to enable these functions. 2. Smartlog’s Services undergo security assessments by internal personnel and third parties, which include infrastructure vulnerability assessments and application security assessments, on a regular basis. Customers are responsible for conducting vulnerability assessments and/or penetration test on their respective production sites.

Third Party Functionality. 10.1 If Customer integrates the Services with any Third-Party Functionality, Customer acknowledges that: 10.1.1 it is subject to and shall comply with any separate agreement with the third party in relation to the Third-Party Functionality; 10.1.2 such Third-Party Functionality might access or use the Customer Data and Customer permits Rival to allow the third party to so access Customer Data as required for the interoperation of that Third-Party Functionality with the Subscription Services; 10.1.3 it is solely responsible for the use of such Third-Party Functionality and any data loss or other losses it may suffer as a result of using any such Third-Party Functionality; 10.1.4 Rival shall have no responsibility for any unavailability or non-Rival product failure or updates/upgrades/modifications to the underlying Third-Party Functionality; and 10.1.5 unless otherwise agreed in an Agreement, an Agreement does not oblige Rival to update or provide support for any Third Party Functionality regardless of the extent to which the Third Party Functionality may relate to Rival products or Services. An Agreement does not limit or condition Rival's ability to discontinue, update or otherwise modify such of its own products or Services in any manner, including in ways that render the Third Party Functionality unusable, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate.
