These Terms 1.1. The Airwallex Payment and FX Terms (the ‘Agreement’) comprises terms and conditions governing the relationship between you (‘Customer’ or ‘you’) and Airwallex Pty Limited (‘Airwallex’, ‘us’ or ‘we’) that apply to our Services (which we describe in clauses 5, 8 and 9). References to “this Agreement” or the use of the term “hereof” shall refer to this Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto, taken as a whole.

These procedures, rules, and regulations (collectively the "Rules") and laws are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Rules, the Rules will control.
Common Terms In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Common Terms and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail, subject always to compliance with clause 10 (Non-Petition and Limited Recourse) of the Common Terms.
