Per-‐Registrar Transactions Report This report shall be compiled in a comma separated-‐value formatted file as specified in RFC 4180. The file shall be named “gTLD-‐transactions-‐yyyymm.csv”, where “gTLD” is the gTLD name; in case of an IDN-‐TLD, the A-‐label shall be used; “yyyymm” is the year and month being reported. Duties of the Registrar The Registrar will keep a record (the “Register”) of the names and addresses of the Holders, the Notes held by each Holder and the transfer, exchange, repurchase, Redemption and conversion of Notes. Absent manifest error, the entries in the Register will be conclusive and the Company and the Trustee may treat each Person whose name is recorded as a Holder in the Register as a Holder for all purposes. The Register will be in written form or in any form capable of being converted into written form reasonably promptly.
ICANN testing registrar Registry Operator agrees that ICANN will have a testing registrar used for purposes of measuring the SLRs described above. Registry Operator agrees to not provide any differentiated treatment for the testing registrar other than no billing of the transactions. ICANN shall not use the registrar for registering domain names (or other registry objects) for itself or others, except for the purposes of verifying contractual compliance with the conditions described in this Agreement. Transfer Agent and Registrar The Trustees shall have power to employ a transfer agent or transfer agents, and a registrar or registrars, with respect to the Shares. The transfer agent or transfer agents may keep the applicable register and record therein, the original issues and transfers, if any, of the said Shares. Any such transfer agents and/or registrars shall perform the duties usually performed by transfer agents and registrars of certificates of stock in a corporation, as modified by the Trustees.

Abuse Registry The Contractor agrees not to employ any individual, use any volunteer, or otherwise provide reimbursement to any individual in the performance of services connected with this agreement, who provides care, custody, treatment, transportation, or supervision to children or vulnerable adults if there is a substantiation of abuse or neglect or exploitation against that individual. The Contractor will check the Adult Abuse Registry in the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living. Unless the Contractor holds a valid child care license or registration from the Division of Child Development, Department for Children and Families, the Contractor shall also check the Central Child Protection Registry. (See 33 V.S.A. §4919(a)(3) & 33 V.S.A. §6911(c)(3)).
