THE PRIZE. In each Raffle the Prize will be 50%-70% (the percentage splits to be determined by the 50/50 Licensee) of the gross revenue received from all tickets sold. Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, except at the Association’s sole discretion. The Prize shall be paid by cheque from the Association. The designated winning raffle number contained in the ticket purchaser’s 50/50 ticket is validation for claiming the Prize. Unauthorized persons copying, selling or altering tickets are subject to prosecution. A 50/50 Raffle ticket will be void and a Prize not paid/redeemed if there is proof that the ticket was stolen, not issued, ineligible, altered, counterfeit, defective, printed in duplicate, or printed/produced in error. The Service Provider and the Association are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or tickets redeemed in error by their agents. All tickets, transactions and winners associated with the 50/50 Raffle are subject to the rules, regulations and procedures put in place by the Association and the lawful charges thereof.
THE PRIZE a The 2023 Women’s Prize for Fiction is worth £30,000 (anonymously endowed). It will be awarded to the woman who, in the opinion of the judges, has written the best full-length novel that is eligible for the Prize.The Prize may not be divided or withheld.The decision of the judges will be final. b The judges will be responsible for compiling a shortlist of no more nor less than six of the books submitted for the Prize. For inclusion in this shortlist, a title should have the full support of at least one judge in whose opinion it is a valid contender for the Prize itself. c The judges will be responsible for compiling a longlist of no more nor less than sixteen of the books submitted for the Prize. For inclusion in this longlist, a title should have the full support of at least one judge in whose opinion it is a valid contender for the shortlist.
THE PRIZE. The prize is: • One nights stay for a family (up to 4 persons) at the China Fleet Country Club in Saltash, Cornwall. Includes breakfast only. • The prize is for a standard family room for 2 adults and 2children. Should the winner only want a double/twin/single this will be possible subject to availability. • Date are subject to availability and to be arranged in advance with the China Fleet Country Cub • The prize will include a family ticket for four people to the Eden project on a day of your choice. The prize does not include the cost of transport.
THE PRIZE. 2.1 Two entrants will be selected as the winners of the Competition. They will each win a Mr Price I Coca Cola product hamper to the value of R1000 each.
THE PRIZE. BGCNP will award one (1) grand prize to one (1) Contest entrant. The winner of the raffle drawing will win the Old Hickory Brand Lofted 10’ x 16’ Shed or $3,500 Old Hickory Shed credit or $3,000 cash prize. BGCNP reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute Prize of equal or greater value if the Prizes described in these Official Rules are unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. If the actual value of the Prizes turns out to be less than the stated value, the difference will not be awarded in cash; the difference will go back to the Boys & Girls Club of Moody County. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. BGCNP will not replace anylost or stolen prize items. All federal, state, local and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
