Fares. The employer shall arrange and pay for economy air fare or economy rail fare except when overnight rail travel is involved when a first class sleeping berth shall be provided.

Fares. Where the job site is situated up to 50 kilometres from the workshop or depot, the amount set out in Appendix A to this Part shall be paid to the Employee per day.
Fares. A. Transportation on Carrier is subject to the fares, taxes and charges in effect on the date on which the Confirmed Reservation was made. If the reservation has been confirmed and e-ticket issued before an increase in the fare becomes effective, the reservation shall be honored for transportation as purchased. If the fare decreases after a Confirmed Reservation has been made and e-ticket issued, Carrier will not refund, credit or make any adjustment to the original fare.
B. Fares apply only between the points named and via the routing as shown in Carrier’s current schedule and are not applicable to or from intermediate points.
C. Carrier has non-refundable fares (also known as Hop On fares) and refundable fares (also known as All In fares). Non-Refundable fares may not be available on all flights.
D. No Stopovers are permitted on published fares, except upon combination of local fares.
E. Carrier does not offer special fares for infants, children, senior citizens, military personnel or any other category of passenger.
Fares. 10.1 The Franchisee shall remain responsible for the collection of fare revenue and in doing so shall act as a Good and Efficient Operator, whilst giving consideration to appropriate customer service in light of the prevailing circumstances and any guidance from the Secretary of State, Public Health England (or any replacement body or organisation) or other relevant authority in relation to public interaction.
10.2 If and to the extent that a ticket is sold which relates:
10.2.1 partially to the period when the EMA subsisted and partially to the period before the EMA subsisted; and/or
10.2.2 partially to the period when the EMA subsisted and partially to the XXXX Term or, if extended, the Extended Term; and/or
10.2.3 partially to the XXXX Term or, if extended, the Extended Term and partially to the period after the expiry of the XXXX Term or, if extended, the Extended Term, (the "Cross-Term Fares"), the Franchisee shall account for the Cross-Term Fares on a consistent basis such that:
10.2.4 the principles applied to account for the Cross-Term Fares at the EMA Start Date shall continue to apply to the Cross-Term Fares at the XXXX Start Date; and
10.2.5 the principles applied to account for the Cross-Term Fares at the XXXX Start Date shall continue to apply to the Cross-Term Fares for the duration of the term of this XXXX up to and including the date on which this XXXX and the Franchise Agreement are terminated in accordance with the terms of this XXXX.
Fares. The Contractor shall collect a fare from each customer only when it is indicated on the manifest. This fare shall be retained by the Contractor. The passenger fare shall be paid according to Recipient’s fare structure, unless the Contractor is granted the written authority by the Recipient to make fare modifications.
Fares. Where an employee becomes critically or dangerously ill while absent from their usual place of work for official purposes, and a support person and/or dependent child or children travels to be with the employee, the Secretary will approve the reimbursement of reasonable fares incurred by the support person/child/children.
