Common use of THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Clause in Contracts

THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The project period for each Cooperative Agreement will vary based on when a State is awarded an Establishment Cooperative Agreement. Level One Establishment awards will be for up to one year after the date of award. Level Two Establishment awards will be for up to four years starting from the date of award and ending December 31, 2014.
