Key Person Life Insurance The Executive acknowledges that the Company may wish to purchase insurance on the life of the Executive, the proceeds of which would be payable to the Company, at the Company’s expense. The Executive hereby consents to such insurance and agrees to submit to any medical examination and release of medical records required to obtain such insurance.
NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE FEDERAL EARNED INCOME CREDIT The Contractor shall notify its employees, and shall require each subcontractor to notify its employees, that they may be eligible for the Federal Earned Income Credit under the federal income tax laws. Such notice shall be provided in accordance with the requirements set forth in Internal Revenue Service Notice No. 1015.
Listing of Underlying Shares and Related Matters If the Company applies to have its Common Stock or other securities traded on any stock exchange or market, it shall include in such application the Shares and the Warrant Shares and will take such other action as is necessary to cause such Common Stock to be so listed. Thereafter, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to continue the listing and trading of its Common Stock on such exchange or market and, in accordance, therewith, will use commercially reasonable efforts to comply in all respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of such exchange or market, as applicable.
RESTRICTIONS ON EMPLOYMENT OF FORMER STATE OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE The Engineer shall not hire a former state officer or employee of a state agency who, during the period of state service or employment, participated on behalf of the state agency in this agreement’s procurement or its negotiation until after the second anniversary of the date of the officer’s or employee’s service or employment with the state agency ceased.

Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA.
