Power of Entry. The Debtor shall forthwith upon demand assemble and deliver to the Collateral Agent possession of all of the Collateral at such place or places as may be reasonably specified by the Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent may take such steps as it considers necessary or desirable to obtain possession of all or any part of the Collateral and, to that end, the Debtor agrees that the Collateral Agent, its servants or agents or Receiver (as hereinafter defined) may, at any time, during the day or night, enter upon lands and premises where the Collateral may be found for the purpose of taking possession of and/or removing the Collateral or any part thereof. In the event of the Collateral Agent taking possession of the Collateral, or any part thereof, the Collateral Agent shall have the right to maintain the same upon the premises on which the Collateral may then be situate. The Collateral Agent may take such action or do such things as to render any Equipment unusable.
