Minor Variation definition

Minor Variation means a variation:
Minor Variation means a variation that the local government is satisfied is minor having regard to the total goods or services that tenderers were invited to supply.
Minor Variation means a variation of no more than 5%, where such variation can be measured, and otherwise where there is no material affect on the Lot as a whole.

Examples of Minor Variation in a sentence

  • If there is any inconsistency between a Minor Variation and this Appendix, then the Minor Variation will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

More Definitions of Minor Variation

Notwithstanding the previous, the Buyer acknowledges that cut and fill depths and areas may vary considerably and that normal construction operations and methods of measurement preclude exact as constructed measurements and special allowances are agreed in relation to their treatment under this Contract. For the sake of clarity, the following are acknowledged by the Buyer as being Minor Variations and not materially prejudicing the Buyer:
