Common use of The Development Clause in Contracts

The Development. The Development consists of, inter alia: (a) the Parking Spaces and the Public Vehicle Park on the Ground Floor; (b) the Recreational Facilities in a clubhouse block; and (c) a residential tower containing the Flats.

The Development. The Development consists of, inter alia: (a) (i) Car parking spaces and motorcycle parking spaces in the Parking Spaces Basement for use by the residents of the Development their guests, visitors and the Public Vehicle Park invitees; (ii) a shop together with loading and unloading spaces on the Ground Floor; (biii) a shop on the Recreational Facilities in a clubhouse blockFirst Floor; (iv) recreational facilities for the common use by the residents of the Flats and their visitors; and (cb) a residential tower block thereabove containing the Flats.

The Development. The Development consists of, inter alia: (a) the Parking Spaces and the Public Vehicle Park on the Ground Basement Floor; (b) the Government Accommodation on the Basement Floor to 5th Floor; (c) four Shops on the Ground Floor to 2nd Floor; (d) the Recreational Facilities in a clubhouse blockon the 5th Floor; (e) the Covered Landscaped Area on 5th Floor and 6th Floor; and (cf) a residential tower containing the FlatsFlats on the 7th Floor and above.
