User IDs and Password Controls All users must be issued a unique user name for accessing DHCS PHI or PI. Escorting Visitors Visitors to areas where PHI COUNTY discloses to 4 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY is 5 contained shall be escorted and such PHI shall be kept out of sight while visitors are in the area.

SUB-CONTRACTORS TO BE UTILIZED FOR PROJECT PSP shall perform the services under this Assignment with its own forces unless otherwise specified. If the scope of services is less than $100,000.00, a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is not required.
