TESTING AND CAPACITY Sample Clauses

The 'Testing and Capacity' clause establishes the requirements and procedures for verifying that a product, system, or service meets specified performance standards and can handle the expected workload. Typically, this clause outlines the types of tests to be conducted, the criteria for passing those tests, and the responsibilities of each party in facilitating and witnessing the testing process. By clearly defining how and when testing will occur, this clause ensures that the delivered solution is fit for purpose and helps prevent disputes over performance or capacity shortfalls.
