Common use of The Allottee Clause in Contracts

The Allottee. s has paid a sum of Rs. /- (Rupees only) as part of the Booking Amount, being part payment towards the Total Price of the Apartment at the time of application the receipt of which the Developer hereby acknowledges and the Allottee/s hereby agrees to pay the remaining price of the Apartment as prescribed in the Payment Plan (Schedule “C”) as may be demanded by the Developer within the time and in the manner specified therein. Provided that if the Allottee/s delays in payment towards any amount which is payable, he shall be liable to pay interest at the rate prescribed in the Rules.
