Common use of Texas Accessibility Standards Clause in Contracts

Texas Accessibility Standards. The Project Architect/Engineer shall comply with the Texas Accessibility Standards as adopted by the Texas Commission on Licensing and Regulation for purposes of administering the state Architectural Barriers Act, Government Code, Section 469. The Project Architect/Engineer may request the Project Manager to reimburse the Project Architect/Engineer for fees required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in administration of Section 469 as a reimbursable expense under the Agreement Between the Board of Regents, The University of Texas System, Owner, and the Project Architect/Engineer.
